Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize semiconductor process modules for advanced CIS platforms
  • Work closely with silicon, color, and packaging foundries to define and refine process flows
  • Design and manage silicon split lots aligned with project objectives and schedules
  • Analyze and interpret wafer-level and bench-level data to extract device and process insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall image sensor performance and manufacturability
  • Utilize device and process simulation tools to explore physical mechanisms and guide development

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in silicon-based device technology (e.g., CMOS, CIS), including advanced process development; CIS-specific experience is a plus but not required
  • Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics (e.g., photodiodes, MOS devices, junction behavior)
  • Ph.D. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science
  • Hands-on experience with process or device simulation tools (e.g., TCAD) is a plus
  • Prior experience in CMOS or CIS development is a plus
  • Experience in the development, support, or application of process/device simulation tools is a plus
