Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and direct calls with a positive and energetic attitude
- Greet office guests and provide a professional, welcoming experience
- Support office needs such as setting up conference calls, seminars, and meeting spaces
- Maintain and manage office supplies inventory
- Assist with daily accounts processing, general office maintenance, and equipment setup
- Handle HR tasks including onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee file management
- Manage and organize company calendar and internal files
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy work environment
- Provide outstanding customer service and administrative support across departments
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in the financial industry and an eagerness to learn how it operates
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a trustworthy and client-focused approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); CRM experience is a plus
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
