Job Description

Administration of technical product documentation (change management, BOM, drawings, master data) and design of tools and mechanical compotents for production and laboratory use.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and create product information, BOM lists, technical drawings, etc. in SAP
• 维护、创建SAP中产品信息、BOM清单、技术图纸等
• Design tools, fixtures, transportation carriers and other mechanical components for production and laboratory use, and coordinate with suppliers for parts production and processing
• 设计生产和实验室用到的工具、夹具、转运托盘等结构件，对接供应商生产加工
• Design packaging materials for production and shipping
• 设计生产和运输过程中需要用到的包装材料
• Administration of process and documentation for Product/Process Change
• 管理产品和工艺变更流程、文档归纳

Background & Skills

Bachelor’s degree, majoring in mechanical, automation, material engineering or a comparable field of study.

本科学历，机械，自动化，材料工程或相关专业

2~3 years working experience in mechnical design, experience in production tooling/fixture design is preferred and experience in the field of Semiconductor Power Module is a plus.

2-3年机械设计经验，有工装、夹具设计经验优先，有半导体功率模块从业经验更优

Proficienct in using at least one of the mechanical design software NX, SolidWorks

熟练掌握和使用至少一种制图软件如NX，SolidWorks

Knowledge of ISO-GPS standards, and ability to create engineering drawings as required

了解ISO-GPS标准，能够按要求输出工程图纸

Knowledge of properties and processing of commonly used metal materials (e.g., aluminum alloys) and engineering plastics (e.g., PEEK)

了解常见金属材料（如铝合金）和工程塑料（如PEEK）特性和加工工艺

Familiar with standard mechanical parts selection, e.g. MISUMI standard parts library

熟悉标准机械结构件选型，如MISUMI标准件库

Basic knowledge of data analysis, having Six Sigma training is preferred

具备基本数据统计分析能力，接受过六西格玛培训优先

Experience in using SAP or similar ERP software is preferred

有SAP或相关ERP软件使用经验优先

Fluent in written English, basic in spoken English

英语写作流利，基本英语交流

Proficient in Office software

熟练掌握Office办公软件

Teamwork mentality and good communication skills
