BAT Korea has an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Planning Executive - Vapour.

The Campaign Planning Executive– KR is responsible for supporting the planning of campaigns for new categories in South Korea. This role is operationally focused, involving the coordination of content and event schedules, close collaboration with creative agencies, and ensuring campaign elements align with strategic objectives. The Campaign Planning Executive plays a key role in operationalizing campaign plans, managing details, and providing support to the Campaign Planning Manager to enhance consumer engagement within new categories.

FUNCTION: Consumer Experience

LOCATION: Seoul, Korea

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the annual activity cycle plans including channel and touchpoint strategies, messaging and creatives in for a sound 360 activation, and meet pre-defined objectives of the campaigns
• Support the management of activation and contents calendar, aligning with overall category and brand strategies
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in aligning campaign direction in mission to generate an effective consumer experience across platforms and touchpoints
• Support strategic budget analysis and create guidelines that aligns with the core performance deliveries
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and secure necessary approvals for any campaign approach and mechanics at planning level
• Track performances of campaigns in aims to optimize campaign impact in the market, leveraging data analysis and deep dive insights in refining future campaign strategies.
• Support the Campaign Planning Manager to ensure alignment of campaigns with broader consumer experience objectives

What are we looking for?

Experience Required

• 3+ years of experience in campaign execution, brand management, or a related operational role in the consumer goods industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing campaign elements.
• Experience in coordinating with creative agencies and supporting campaign processes.
• Basic data analysis skills to assist in campaign evaluations.
• Familiarity with the South Korean market and local regulatory requirements.

Desirable:

• Experience with developing campaigns for new categories
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and content scheduling tools.
