Our Controller will be responsible for the full financial performance & planning cycle of the Market Organization. You will act as a Business Partner with high level of trust and responsibility to demonstrate insight through financial analysis techniques, tools and concepts and to provide practical counsel to drive business results.

What does the role involve?

Your daily job will consist of communication with high and middle management (Sales and Marketing Directors), involvement in strategy planning, and driving change management within the organization to achieve long-term goals.

Other tasks you will be responsible for:

• Acting as a partner to the management team and to deliver business critical advice and strategic support on all aspects of finance
• Driving and preparing management reports, analysis and presentations
• Financial Planning (Rolling Forecast & Sales Planning)
• Driving & supporting x-functional regional projects
• Ownership of follow-up on result evaluation

You will be the only controller responsible for dedicated organization, and you will have the full support from multinational controlling department which is responsible for other finance business areas (e.g.: territory planning, pricing, margin steering, etc). You will own the whole finance planning & reporting process and have the opportunity to develop your work experience abroad as part of your career path at Hilti.

What you need is:

• University degree in Business, Finance or related fields
• 2 – 5 years of experience in controlling role within a multinational organization, audit experience is an advantage
• Fluent communication in both Hungarian and English
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to structure clear presentations and to simplify a financial message to non-finance stakeholders
• Evidence of acting as a strategic business partner through influencing and interacting with key stakeholders
• A strong business acumen and ability to see things from a bigger picture
• Be internationally mobile
