The Team and Role
The Enterprise Applications & Analytics team is part of corporate IT and is responsible for supporting, developing, managing and enhancing the set of enterprise applications which make up the platform that delivers Medallia's business processes. The group focuses on engagement with the lines of business to evolve and scale solutions to best fit Medallia's business needs. In addition, the group focuses on design, development and deployment of an enterprise decision support system to provide enhanced reporting and analytics capabilities.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow developer to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions and applications within our organization. They will collaborate closely with HR, Sales Operations, Legal, Security, and IT stakeholders to ensure that our ServiceNow platform meets our ever evolving business requirements and enhances operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core ServiceNow platform functionalities, strong development skills, and be a tenacious problem solver. They will also bring a quality-first mindset and are a true team player with unwavering integrity, who can easily transition between being a strategic advisor and being hands-on with delivering solutions.
The areas of focus will include a mix of ServiceNow created products (ITSM, HRSD, WSD, LSD, etc) and scoped apps both existing and new.
