This role is part of the Integrated Workforce Strategies Chapter within the People & Culture organization. Our purpose is to enable the business to achieve its ambitious goals while anticipating and adapting to a rapidly changing environment. We elevate the way leaders shape our future workforce by providing data-driven, skills-based workforce planning solutions to the business, such as Strategic Workforce Planning. Through close partnership with the business, we work on co-creating workforce strategies to close skills gaps. Additionally, as part of our transformation towards a skills-based organization, we drive embedding skills into our people practices, guiding our people & leaders to become future ready.

The Opportunity:
As an intern in the Workforce Optimization team for a 6-month period, your main focus will be learning about Workforce Strategies, Skills, and People Fluidity at Roche, and shaping and implementing frameworks at a global level. You will support the design of our products and playbooks, and the implementation of enablement strategies for various roles in People & Culture, the business, and partner functions.
