AP Supervisor

Titan America has an excellent opportunity for an AP Supervisor to join our team at the Deerfield Beach, FL office. This salary-exempt position reports to the Procure-to-Pay Improvement & Control Manager. We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor with SAP and DocuWare experience to lead and optimize our AP function within the cement manufacturing industry. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and vendor reconciliations while maintaining SOX compliance and adhering to company policies and industry regulations. The AP Supervisor will manage a team, collaborate closely with procurement and operations, and strengthen relationships with external vendors to support efficient financial operations.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Operations

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes in SAP, ensuring accurate invoice processing, three-way matching (PO, invoice, and goods receipt), and timely payments.
• Manage high-volume transactions, particularly those related to raw materials, equipment, and logistics.
• Supervise, train, and mentor AP staff, fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Vendor & Procurement Coordination

• Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, track purchase orders, and ensure smooth invoice processing.
• Manage vendor relationships, handle escalations, and address payment disputes efficiently.
• Ensure timely processing of freight, transportation, and raw material invoices to maintain seamless business operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of AP experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role, preferably within the cement, construction, or manufacturing industry.
• SAP Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP AP modules (SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO) and DocuWare for invoice management.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
