As a Mechanical Designer you will help design and developing equipment to service Westinghouse's nuclear fuel and reactors. We look forward to meeting you!
As a designer with us, your main responsibilities is to efficiently deliver everything from small assignments to large projects together with our technical experts and other management.
You will report to the Manager Tooling and Technology. The position is based at the Fuel Factory in Västerås, Sweden - model of work: on-site with opportunities to work remotely based on what your tasks allow.
In addition to the daily work, we would like you to contribute to the exchange of experience and improvement and work together with the other 12 designers in the group.
To grow here, we believe that you are solution-oriented, delivery-focused and technically interested as the work includes a large variety of technical and practical challenges. You have experience designing lifting equipment and other types of handling equipment and are motivated by running work independently or in a group from idea to working hardware. We also believe that you succeed in an environment that is very varied and are curious to learn more about the technology area and our customers' challenges.
