Entry Level IT Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an Entry Level IT Engineer to support a long-standing mission at the National Security Agency (NSA). This role serves as an opportunity to launch or advance your career in a secure, mission-critical technical environment. Due to the sensitive nature of the work, specific project details cannot be shared publicly.

What You'll Bring

• An active NSA TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (required)
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in IT, systems, or software engineering (including academic or internship work)
• Familiarity with technologies such as Windows/Linux systems, basic scripting, networking concepts, or programming languages like Python, Java, or C++
• Ability to work full-time on-site at Fort Meade, MD

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to system administration, network operations, or secure coding practices
• Interest in supporting classified national security missions
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
