Position Overview:
The Sr. Manager of FP&A will build robust forecasting, planning, analysis and budgeting processes for the company.
Desired outcomes/Principal Duties:
- Lead regular budgeting and forecasting processes and help with long-term projections for multiple brands and product lines
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Financial Analysts
- Work with management to plan capital expenditures including ROIs
- Support translating the impact of new product initiatives into a financial framework
- Review key metrics across brands, products, and processes
- Come up with projects for analysts. Assign, manage, and ensure completion of those projects
- Analyze trends and variances, provide insight, and work cross-departmentally to help BuildASign respond appropriately
- Oversea preparation and review of monthly reporting packages that provide detailed financial insights
- Develop ad-hoc reports and analysis for cross-functional departments and management as requested

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business, accounting or equivalent experience
- 5-8+ years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably in manufacturing and/or ecommerce
- Experience managing or mentoring junior analysts
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite)
- This position is hybrid in Austin, TX.
