Job title: Level 2 Network Engineer

The role:

As a Level 2 Network Engineer you will help drive our goals by:

• Support and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks - including hardware upgrades, software installations, and performance monitoring
• Manage and maintain network security systems such as firewalls and network access control solutions
• Collaborate with Level 3 teams to update and maintain documentation in line with JM standards and policies
• Take part in 2nd-line incident troubleshooting and resolution
• Handle 2nd-line service request fulfilment as part of the wider team

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Cisco CCNA Routing & Switching certification
• Experience configuring and managing cloud network infrastructure, particularly in Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor
• Strong background in configuring and maintaining complex LANs for multinational organizations
