ILLINOIS SALARY RANGE ONLY:

The annual base salary range for this position is $108,000 - $140,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and layout piping systems for various industrial applications
• Perform pipe stress analysis using Caesar software
• Ensure compliance with ASME B31.3, ASME B 31.1, and other international design codes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize piping designs for cost, efficiency, and safety
• Provide technical support during project construction, commissioning, and startup
• Conduct design reviews and participate in HAZOP studies

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• 5+ years of experience in advance piping design and layout
• 4+ years of experience in pipe stress analysis using Caesar software
• 4+ years of experience with ASME B31.3, ASME B 31.1, and other international design codes

WE VALUE:

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification
• Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Experience with products like boilers, thermal oxidizers, flares, pressure vessel, heat exchangers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
