Assist with the analysis and evaluation of real estate investment/ divestment pipeline including market research, financial feasibility studies, cashflow modelling, asset and property inputs for deals underwriting
Prepare investment memorandum, presentations and other relevant materials for discussion and approvals
Independently source for transaction/ leasing comparables, market news/ data points and research reports
Support and collaborate with other internal/ external stakeholders such as Sustainable Urban Renewal (SUR) teams, Corporate Finance, Portfolio Management, Asset Management in reviewing the transaction, due diligence and deal execution process Learning Outcomes:
