Student Worker – Product Design Management

A Snapshot of Your Day

We are looking for a student worker for our Product Design Management Systems Team within the Technology Department located in Brande. We are a team with employees in 4 different countries and are working to harmonize, optimize, and improve processes related to our PLM tools and provide support to the end-users of the tools.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Participate & support in process improvement workstreams like how-to guides, creation of processes and creation of learning materials including e-learning for our learning platform
• Documentation of various regulations
• Creation and Maintenance of various types of documentation and regulations
• Occasionally providing support on DMS (Document Management System)
• Update and maintenance of tasks on SharePoint sites
• Ad hoc tasks matching your interests and competences

• You have a structured approach to your work and are able to handle simultaneous assignments without losing overview
• You are a people person and service minded
• You possess the ability to both work individually and in teams
• You possess advanced English skills both orally and in writing
• You are IT savvy and like to explore new ways of working as a front runner
• We expect you to work at least 2 days a week from the office with the possibility of flexible working hours.
• Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results.
• You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills.
• You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts.
