STUDENT INVOLVEMENT & LEADERSH (BL-SILC-IUBLA)
The Student Involvement and Leadership Center (SILC) supports co-curricular life at Indiana University Bloomington (IUB) by fostering engaging programs and leadership opportunities for students. SILC staff work closely with students to help them grow as responsible leaders through hands-on experiences in campus programming and service.
The Part-Time Student Event staff members support the Program Managers and the objective of Indiana Memorial Union (IMU) Programs. This role supports the planning and execution of a variety of campus events - including outdoor movies, live music on Centennial Patio, and orientation activities - designed to enhance the student and campus community experience.

This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without accommodation.
The anticipated start date is May 27, 2025.
IU Bloomington campus
This is an in-person position.
$12.00 per hour
Up to 29 hours per week
Evening and weekend availability may be required based on the event schedule.
