We're adding to our team! We are seeking a Project Controller to be responsible for planning, tracking, and analyzing project financials, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will play a critical role in the successful delivery of Mission Critical projects by maintaining tight financial control and reporting standards.

You will:

  • Monitor and control project budgets, forecasts, and actual costs.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate project planning and reporting.
  • Interact with customers and vendor personnel to assure project progress to meet customer requirements.
  • Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and associated costs.
  • Prepare invoices, verify details for accuracy, and deliver to the customer.
  • Review project estimates to verify accuracy and maintain data integrity.
  • Identify and flag variances in project budgets and schedules.
  • Support risk and opportunity analysis related to project financials.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and client contract terms.
  • Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and operations teams to gather project cost data.
  • Follow and coordinate established or informal standard operating procedures and guidelines for Mission Critical business team.
  • Generate reports on project progress and analyze performance data to make recommendations.
  • Serve as an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, related field or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of related experience in a project engineering or services environment.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/project management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a team/collaborative environment.
  • A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.
