In this role you will play a crucial role in achieving the best results by driving the productivity improvement. We are counting on you to analyze complex situations and find reliable and suitable solutions, while developing and contributing to the capital efficiency concepts.

In your new role you will:

• Analyze and define operational efficiency opportunities for Capital costs
• Collaborating with the Backend Capital Efficiency expert team
• Be responsible for Capital Efficiency as disseminate governance, changes and improvement request from cluster
• Validating equipment integration for the best quality data collection
• Operate Industrial Engineering tools and methodologies while conducting studies, collecting data and executing CE projects
• Set and establish manufacturing standards and performance KPIs (OEE)
• Acting as key user of Industrial Engineering Database and Total Fabrication Monitoring application
• Support the automation of data collection and evaluation

You manage your performance consistently and reliably. You have strong communication skills and know-how to establish lasting relationships and networks. You are able to clarify areas of responsibility, to coordinate your work with your colleagues’ and you regularly share your insights with the team. Moreover, you analyze complex situations and manage a detailed evaluation of a problem in order to come up with precise solutions.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related fields
• 3 - 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, planning or other technical field related to manufacturing of electronic components
• MTM / REFA knowledge as an advantage (MTM-UAS preferred)
• Lean and/or 6Sigma knowledge and practice as an advantage
• AutoCAD (2D) knowledge as a plus
