Quality Specialist

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. You will be mainly accountable for: 1. Digital project support Assist in collecting system development requirements, participate in the preliminary organization and optimization of PRD documents, and ensure that the requirements are clear and executable. Participate in system testing and user training material writing, assist in standardizing and updating operation manuals. 2. Quality system • Track issues identified during quality audits 3. Analysis and selection of digital measurement ledger tables 4. Cross departmental collaboration and administrative support Assist in organizing training meetings, preparing meeting minutes and training materials. Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications for the role

• 1. Undergraduate or graduate studies, with a preference for STEM related majors and computer related majors
• 2. Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong comprehension ability, able to efficiently understand and convert user needs
• 3. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, capable of handling simple technical documents and meeting communication
• 4. Positive work attitude, self-motivated, results oriented
