We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join Smartly and lead one of our product engineering teams. Our teams are cross-functional, combining engineers and product specialists who work closely together to deliver impactful features and tools for our customers.
As an Engineering Manager, your role is to ensure the team delivers the right things at the right time with high quality and clarity of purpose. You’ll focus on enabling your team to succeed through coaching, regular 1:1s, and personal development planning, while also actively identifying and removing blockers in their path.
This position is within our Media Engineering group, which focuses on building tools that help our customers reach their audiences across platforms, automate manual workflows through optimization and triggers, and unify campaign management into a single experience. We’re currently working on a new, strategic initiative aimed at expanding our product offering. While we can’t share the project publicly just yet, it represents a major investment area for Smartly and offers a unique opportunity to make a real impact from the ground up.
