What you'll do

• Support for streamlining the physical media archive.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintain monthly Key Performance Indicators.
• Analyze as-is processes and support the team in process documentations.
• Support continuously and pro-actively the drive and implementation of improvements of software delivery processes and projects.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute with new and innovative ideas.
• Provide ad-hoc support to team members to ensure that operations run efficiently.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Fluent in English and German (verbal and written)
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Ability to work in an international, virtual team and act as team player
• Independent and structured working style with excellent prioritization skills, communication, and interpersonal skill
• Office attendance in St. Leon-Rot required

Meet your team

Join the SAP Software Delivery Services (SDS) team and be part of SAP Quality Management. SDS has a broad variety of services to offer to our internal and external customers such as: BETA and Early Adopter Care Support, License Mapping, Customer Case Handling, Product Setup, Production and Physical Shipments of Software, Creation of Infopages for the download area and much more.

You will support our team in St. Leon-Rot. If you are passionate about working in an international team located in Germany, Ireland, India, and Bulgaria, we are happy to hear from you.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
