Experienced Press Brake Operator Opportunity
Pay: $18/hour
1st Shift

We’re looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join a client’s high-performing production team in the HVAC manufacturing industry. You’ll be bending metal—and expectations—with precision and care, playing a vital role in shaping top-quality products.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operate computer-controlled hydraulic press brake equipment with expertise and attention to detail
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and diagrams with complete accuracy
- Accurately measure and mark materials using tape measures, protractors, and digital tools
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot press brake machine settings to meet exact specifications
- Work independently and collaboratively to achieve daily team production goals
- Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures to protect yourself, your teammates, and the equipment
- Apply strong math skills, including geometry and angle calculations, to ensure flawless execution
- Inspect finished work for accuracy and make necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience operating a CNC or hydraulic press brake (minimum [insert experience])
- HVAC or metal fabrication experience is a strong plus!
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop while staying alert and safety-conscious
- Confidence using measuring tools and interpreting shop plans
- Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and reliability
- Strong understanding of math, angles, and geometry
