SCHEDULE:

• 1:30 p.m - 12 a.m., Monday - Thursday
• Some overtime required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely set up and operate press brakes to form parts to specifications.
• Inspecting parts for quality issues or problems.
• Communicating with leadership about issues that arise and possible solutions.
• Working within a defined process to meet quality standards using existing work instructions.
• Continually working to refine processes to improve quality and reduce cycle times.
• Support the production line with materials and re-makes to ensure production meets deadlines and stays on the proper production schedules.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to use power tools
• Read factory orders
• Accurately read tape measures
• Can read engineering drawings
• Utilize basic shop math
• Ability to inspect product
• Count and stack product
• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
• Hard working & willing to excel in their profession
• Can stand and move for an entire shift
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Work in a fast paced, manufacturing environment

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

SALARY:

• Starting at $18 an hour, based on experience (Plus - 2nd Shift Pay Differential)
• Monthly bonus based on productivity and profits
