Position Overview:
Siemens Mobility is seeking to fill a new position of Field Service Manager for assigned projects in North America. We are seeking an individual with Rail Industry maintenance experience to fill this role that can be remotely based in the US, preferably East Coast to Mid-West.
As the Field Service Manager, you will build and lead a Technical Support team to deliver the objectives of high standards in safety, performance, and reliability per the various Technical Support and Spares Agreements (TSSSA). Specific targets are to be aligned with the respective Siemens Project Managers of these TSSSA’s. You will also develop strong and successful relationships with aligned customers’ key collaborators and ensure the assigned Siemens Field Service team is aligned with supporting both the customers operational goals and Siemens TSSSA targets. The assigned Siemens Field Service team should likewise be aligned with the objectives of the RAMP organization who have the overall fleet reliability responsibility. In this position you will have a team of direct reports and indirect reports that you will supervise and lead in North America (USA & Canada). High degree of collaboration and standard process sharing and lessons learned between the two field service teams working in North America.

The base salary range for this position in Chicago IL is $134,400-$181,300 or in Charlotte NC is $122,100-$164,800 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual salary/wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
