We’re looking for a Guest Operations Specialist to join our rapidly growing team in Paris. In this critical role, you’ll be on the front lines of our guest experience—ensuring our homes are in perfect condition, resolving urgent issues with care, and supporting the Operations team in delivering five-star stays.

Be the On-the-Ground Hero: Respond to guest-related issues like lockouts, maintenance emergencies, tech glitches, and building service needs—serving as the critical link between guests and internal teams.
Ensure Perfection: Conduct thorough unit inspections before guest check-ins and after check-outs, ensuring each apartment meets our high standards for cleanliness, design, and functionality.
Support Property Setups: Work alongside the Operations Managers to prepare new units—checking furnishings, supplies, and technology to guarantee everything is guest-ready.
Maintain Quality: Perform ongoing walkthroughs to verify that homes align with design specifications, maintenance follow-ups are completed, and interiors reflect our brand quality.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Serve as a guest-facing operations contact, working closely with our Customer Experience team to resolve in-stay requests efficiently and thoughtfully.
Balance Office & Field Work: Spend most of your time in the field, supported by occasional desk-based coordination using tools like Slack, G Suite, and email.
