Join Our Team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about financial strategy and analysis, and you're looking for a role that encourages growth and collaboration, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and preparation of financial forecasts and budgets
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making
• Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial information and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Prepare regular financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable recommendations
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• Participate in financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate potential business opportunities
• Help streamline financial processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations

Qualifications - External

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships across departments
• A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with financial planning software or ERP systems is a plus
