Develops the overarching strategy and long-term vision for internship initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborates closely with key business leaders to design and implement effective partnership models that support the launch and growth of the program. Provides strategic guidance on the structure and components of the internship experience, with a focus on scalability and long-term impact. Continuously evaluates the program’s effectiveness, measuring return on investment, outcomes, and overall success. Drives change management initiatives to support adoption and sustainability. Operates with a high level of autonomy, independently determining the best methods and approaches for achieving objectives.
