Oracle

Leads the planning, execution, and ongoing management of the Oracle Intern Program in Mexico. Develops the overarching strategy and long-term vision for internship initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborates closely with key business leaders to design and implement effective partnership models that support the launch and growth of the program. Provides strategic guidance on the structure and components of the internship experience, with a focus on scalability and long-term impact. Continuously evaluates the program’s effectiveness, measuring return on investment, outcomes, and overall success. Drives change management initiatives to support adoption and sustainability. Operates with a high level of autonomy, independently determining the best methods and approaches for achieving objectives.

• Lead program-wide initiatives that include onboarding, event planning, manager enablement, evaluations, data management, communication strategy, and offboarding.
• Plan and execute Intern events including orientation, development and training sessions, networking events, and speaker series.
• Partner with stakeholders across Recruiting, Branding, Learning, Human Resources, Legal, HRBPs, Business Leaders, and Intern Managers.
• Partner with Employer Brand to create social media content and campaigns for the Intern program.
• Facilitate Intern information sessions, orientation, and events.
• Manages, forecasts, and reports on the program budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Collect, analyze, and present Intern survey data to develop insights and data-driven decisions.
• Work across the Global Intern Program team to ensure we have consistency in our process and approach.
• Build program frameworks, templates, and resources that will enable regional POCs to build out localized programming.
• Provide Intern Program team, HRBPs, Managers, and key partners ongoing updates.
• Infuse our Oracle culture into the Intern programs and events.
• Continue to seek out new program initiatives to elevate the Intern experience.
