We are currently seeking a Engineering Specialist (Performance/Simulation/Validation) in Houston, Texas. As a Engineering Specialist (Performance/Simulation/Validation), you will be responsible for supporting site-level simulations, designs, and projects. You will contribute to product quality, reliability, and performance deliverables associated with complex technical engineering systems. These systems could include, but are not limited to, variable frequency drives, E-Motor selection, switch gears, power management, genset selection, energy storage systems, variable fuel delivery systems, variable gaseous engines and support systems, diesel engines, transmissions, pumps, powertrain support systems, and integrated user interfaces supporting site-level performance. The selected candidate will also have accountability for electrical system performance, analysis, troubleshooting, validation, and issue resolution to ensure alignment to system performance, regulatory standards and reliability expectations.

Summary Pay Range:
$110,520.00 - $165,840.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
