Job Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce EPIC reports of descriptive and analytic data in support of performance improvement programs and facilitate continuous data development on a Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly basis.
• Create new EPIC reports for on demand hospital requests.
• Be a Certified Metabolic and Bariatric Surgical Clinical Reviewer (MBSCR) for the MBSAQIP registry. Clinical chart abstraction of preoperative, intraoperative, 30-day postoperative, and long-term (six month and annual thereafter) follow-up data components for entry into the MBSAQIP.
• Update/Maintain OR Block Schedule as needed.
• Maintain Charge Poster (Operating Room, Endoscopy, Pain Management) &ndash Reconciliation of billed implants, supplies, procedure charges.
• Review new product information to assure correct billing codes/prices are being utilized working with Revenue Integrity to adjust, research and verify WQ/billing inquiries, participate in formulating and implementing departmental billing policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor&rsquos Degree required
• Must be well versed in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point
• Must also be fluent in running and building reports. EPIC (EMR) experience is preferred

Salary Range

USD $35.00 - USD $47.00 /Hr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate&rsquos qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
