Summary:
Ensures all lenses and job tray work tickets are properly seated into job trays prior to generator processing. Uses touch screen display control functions to preform jobs. Clears minor errors pertaining to production and correctly places unit into automatic loading position. Examines and replaces tools used in generator processing. Performs support functions as necessary within the generator area. Preforms general daily and weekly maintenance.

Pay Class: Full Time
Pay: $18.10 - $19.73 per hour
Essential Responsibilities:
Ensure all lenses and job tray work tickets/lenses are properly seated into job trays prior to surface Generator Processing.
Ability to read, comprehend, reset touch screen display control functions.
Ability to clear minor errors pertaining to production and correctly place unit into automatic loading position.
Verify fast tool blade alignment, proper clamping and chillers are cooling at proper temperatures.
Clean, examine and/or replace suction cups, inner work chamber, clamping collect and pump station coolant release valve.
Ensure polish reservoir, Baume reading, and chiller are within designated user specifications.
Properly inspect polish flows and tool plate air pressures.
Inspect B- Axis and fast tool bellows for excessive wear.
Ability to communicate and escalate with peers and principles.
Ensure and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment, workstations and overall facility.
Practice and comply with regulations promoting a safe and healthy work place environment.
Education:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience & Background:
One (1) to three (3) years of related manufacturing experience preferred
Language Skills:
Ability to read English in order to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Mathematical Skills:
General mathematical skills to include basic adding, subtracting, multiplication and division
Reasoning Ability
Ability to think logically in following procedures and instructions
General problem solving abilities
Exhibit sound and accurate judgment and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
