Position Overview:

A Healthcare company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support its Financial Planning and Analysis function. This individual will play a critical role in guiding strategic financial decisions, evaluating business performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced analyst to work cross-functionally with operations, accounting, and IT, helping to shape the financial direction of a mission-driven company. *This person will only need to be in office a couple of times a month, so you will be mostly remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of annual budgets and ad hoc forecasts.
• Analyze monthly financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Monitor actual performance against budget, identifying and explaining variances.
• Develop and maintain financial models used for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure alignment on financial goals and data accuracy.
• Manage special projects and respond to ad hoc financial data requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Mnimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role.
• Experience with FP&A tools (e.g., Planful, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) preferred.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI is a plus.
• Comfortable operating in a hybrid or office-based environment.
