Responsible for tax filings, statutory reporting, fixed assets, and inventory management while supporting projects and process improvements.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Prepare and manage documentation for monthly tax filings, including VAT and WHT, as well as semi-annual and annual income tax filings.
- Oversee both group and local statutory reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Manage fixed assets and inventories, including creating process documentation and conducting physical counts.
- Act as the key point of contact for the Group, shared services, and internal stakeholders regarding fixed assets, inventories, and leasing accounting processes and topics.
- Assist in the setup of oneSAP, including processes, documentation, and the establishment of internal controls.
- Provide support to team members on various accounting and tax-related matters.
- Contribute to projects addressing diverse business needs and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and controls to maintain accurate financial reporting and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives in accounting and tax operations.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Tax, or Finance.
- More than 5 years of professional experience in Accounting and Tax.
- Proven experience in multinational manufacturing businesses and managerial accounting.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical abilities accompanied by excellent leadership skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
