Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team.
As part of a fast-paced, dynamic finance team, you will responsible for supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis functions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial forecasts, analyze business trends, and support strategic decision-making processes. Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with variance analysis against budget and forecasts
- Perform in-depth financial and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support the annual budgeting process and reforecasting efforts
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and track performance metrics and KPIs
- Assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations and dashboards
- Monitor actual performance vs. financial targets and recommend corrective actions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
