Job Description

Job Summary：

• Main Responsibilities (For permanent employees):

1. Be responsible for quality issues and be internal/customer audit and visit window in IPB1 area.
2. PFMEA/CP interface to IPN and internal functions
3. New product safe launch management: quality control of D-sample production, new line release and ramp up

• Production quality control in IPB1 area:

1. Responsible for coodination on problem solving of production related customer claim with 8D method, define effective corrective actions to eliminate issue and satisfy customer
2. Responsible for coordinating cross function team to solve the process and raw material quality issue in the production, ensure no nonconformity parts flow out to customer
3. Responsible for new production line release and new product type release on the line, define quality assurance plan according to GB standard, e.g. MFU1) , MSA2), Failure simulation, safe launch plan, etc.
4. Responsible for PFMEA3) and control plan update regularly, ensure quality checks according to control plan
5. Responsible for block and unblock management in the production area
6. Responsible for the testing equipment and inspection gauges purchasing, release and annual MSA
7. Responsible for coordinating quality system audit, process audit and customer audit/visit for quality related topics
8. Responsible for leading quality activity promotion in production area and quality related training
9. Track the implementation of engineering changes and concessions
10. Collect and control quality datas in IPB1 area, manage the quality KPI
11. Participate in Kaizen4) team (Bosch worldwide) meeting and QAM5) meeting, share the quality topic in the meeting, share quality lesson learns in the production from the meeting

Remark/备注:

1. MFU means Machine Capability Test/设备能力测试
2. MSA means Measurement Systems Analysis/测量系统分析
3. PFMEA means Process Failure Mode And Effects Analysis/过程潜在失效模式分析
4. Kaizen means “continuous improvement” which derived from Japanese/Kaizen是一个日文词汇指持续改善
5. QAM means Quality Assurance Matrix/质量保证矩阵

Qualifications

• Education:

1. University Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering background or closely related.

• WorkingExperience:

1. More than 3~5years in quality control related fields or manufacturing experience
2. Be speedy and proactive, get used to integration in the international team
3. Take ownership and has strong influence to shopfloor team
4. Systematic Problem Solving Capability and moderation/presentation skills

• Knowledge/Skills:

1. Good level of spoken and writing English
2. Be easy to be cooperated and good coordination skill
3. Be familiar with quality tools like PFMEA, CP, 8D,etc.
4. Be good at office softwares, e.g. Power BI, Excel,PPT, etc.
