Job Description

该职位的主要职责是为客户、公司内部技术人员和代理商现场应用工程师（FAE）提供关于公司CMSD 产品和解决方案等各个方面的详细技术支持。

任职要求：

• 按时完成CMSD相关产品的支持案例设计和技术验证，高质量交付。
• 为现有和新客户提供持续的技术支持，无论是直接通过瑞萨的各种在线支持渠道，还是通过支持现场应用工程师（FAE）。
• 与瑞萨电子的市场、现场应用工程（FAE）和销售团队密切合作，在新产品设计和推广阶段供详细的技术支持。
• 与客户、销售团队和代理商一起创建并提供瑞萨CMSD产品和解决方案的技术培训。
• 协助高级工程师或者团队完成相关设计，测试相关工作。
• 编写相关技术文档，如应用实例(Application notes)，培训文档，技术类分析或者总结报告。

Qualifications

必要条件：

学历要求：本科或者硕士

专业：计算机科学、电子工程、自动化、电气工程及其自动化等相关专业

技能：

• 具备模拟，数字和电源基础知识。
• 熟悉常见实验仪器的使用：示波器，逻辑分析仪，万用表，可调电源，信号发生器，电烙铁和热风枪等。
• 需要与客户、公司其他部门、合作伙伴和全球同事进行互动，所以需要优秀的人际交往能力。
• 需要有上进心的团队合作者，能够接受指导，同时管理多项任务并完成有效沟通。
• 具有较强的解决问题的能力和对细节的关注。
• 英语听说能力要求：通过CET-4（最好是通过CET-6）。能够阅读和理解英语技术文档，能够用英语进行基本的技术沟通。

“加分”条件:

技能：PCB设计工具，FPGA和Verilog。

这是一个入门级职位，非常适合具有软硬件技能的电子工程等相关专业毕业生。应用工程师角色涵盖广泛的学科，因此要求应聘者具有持续学习和发展的意愿。

新入职者最初将接触到CMSD 应用工程部门的所有产品、技术等内容，通过与高级工程师的合作获得广泛的经验和专业技能。
