What will you do at Stryker?

  • Responsible for product verification and validation activities for both new product development and sustaining current product portfolio.
  • Develop test plans, execute tests and write test reports for both new product development and sustaining current product portfolio.
  • Support development of requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct data analysis, statistical evaluation, and thorough documentation of test results.
  • Coordinate testing activities with external laboratories and collaborate with both inhouse and international colleagues.
  • Perform test method validation and equipment qualifications.
  • Optimize existing operations and processes to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare and write technical reports in English.
  • Takes responsibility for our calibration process.
  • Produce, check and correct product documentation.
  • Responsible for working with Change Orders.

What do you need

  • BS degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in testing, including documentation, execute testing as well as method development.
  • Experience in developing test specifications, including interface requirements, test flow and strategy, measurement accuracy, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience in applying statistical techniques for data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written across all levels of the organization.

Preferable

  • Experience with Medical device Design Control processes.
  • Knowledge of Measurement Traceability and Gage R&R.
