Responsibilities： - Creator Management: Establish and maintain relationships with craters. Understand the needs of creators and execute the action plans to improve their daily performances. - Collaborate with stakeholder to execute online campaigns. - Understand the company's existing business, follow industry trends and related businesses, and propose management strategies accordingly. Minimum Qualifications: -Language and Communication Skill: Business level JP and English. Preferred Qualifications -Community management experience or similar experience. -Previous Internship Experience: Management consulting firm, PE/VC, IT industry internship experience.
