I’m Vaida Jurkonienė, Head of the Marketing and Communication Division at Telia Lithuania, and I’m looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of B2B Marketing to join our team of professionals In Vilnius. As a Head of B2B Marketing, you will…

… take the lead in shaping and executing Telia’s B2B marketing strategy for our business segment, defining our value propositions across different B2B customer segments in collaboration with key business stakeholders. You will play a key role in bringing our brand to life through B2B events—from planning to executing conferences, exclusive customer engagements and product launches. Events are one of our most critical channels, and we’re looking for someone who understands their potential to build brand reputation and drive business results. You will work in close collaboration with internal sales, product, and communications teams as well as external partners to ensure effective and well-targeted campaigns. Management of marketing projects, tracking performance analytics, budget oversight and performance optimization will also be key parts of this role.

Who we’re looking for

The suitable candidate should bring at least 5 years of hands-on and strategic experience in B2B/B2X marketing, with a strong track record of planning and executing effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals. This includes leading end-to-end marketing projects and managing various business stakeholders. You have solid experience in content creation, campaigns management, owning budgets, working with performance analytics, and collaborating with diverse business stakeholders across organization as well as external partners.

To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of both marketing and business drivers. You are proactive, strategic, and solution-oriented, with solid communication, and negotiation skills. Your ability to translate complex business needs into clear, customer-focused marketing actions, along with a structured approach and analytical mindset, will be key to your success. Finally, solid English and Lithuanian language skills are necessary for the role.

Monthly salary range for this position: 5000 – 6200Eur gross plus annual bonus based on your competencies and performance, as well as Telia's results.
