• 2+ years of experience in digital project management or marketing project management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Proven experience leading e-commerce projects.
• Familiarity with systems like Jira, Mailing platforms, Analytic platform such as Google Analytics.
• Understanding of the UX/UI process.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing digital and marketing projects.
• Excellent Planning Skills.
• Ownership Mindset: taking full responsibility and initiative for projects and results to meet business goals.
• Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and guide teams effectively. This involves leading content creation teams, providing clear direction, and ensuring collaboration across different media formats.
