Position: Director of Analog and Mixed-Signal Power IC Design

Analog Devices is seeking a Director of IC Design for the High Performance Power (HPP) Business Unit, which deliver state of the art monolithic power devices such as Buck, LDO, Boost and Buck-Boost regulators. The primary role is leading a talented multi-disciplinary engineering team including analog design, digital design, verification, and layout engineers focused on innovating high-performance and low cost power solutions. The Design team is part of the HPP Design group who research, analyze, design, and simulate world-class integrated circuits targeted at mid-market Power. These integrated circuits enable compact and efficient compute modules for industrial and healthcare equipment.
As a member of the HPP leadership team, you will not only hire and manage a design team but also help define and drive the technology roadmap with the internal operation team as well as the product roadmap with the application and marketing team.
This is a key leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, strong people management, and a sharp focus on execution, time-to-market, and alignment with overall company strategy. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader and an excellent collaborator with product definition, applications, marketing, and other power design teams across the organization, ensuring alignment in product vision, methodology, execution and resource sharing.
