Your role
Do you like managing a continuously evolving data platform that services data products to compliance needs? Do you enjoy learning new technologies and building desired outcomes through a robust data platform? Would you like to be a key part of our GCRG’s success in delivering high-quality data platform to our crews?
The Build & Customer Success Engineer bridges the gap between technical operations and customer satisfaction. This unique role is responsible for managing and optimizing the build and release pipeline, while also serving as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform. The individual will be responsible for both the backend technical processes (e.g., build automation, CI/CD) and the frontend customer-facing functions, helping customers troubleshoot, optimize, and implement solutions based on their needs and goals.
This is a hybrid technical and customer-facing role that combines problem-solving, relationship management, and deep product expertise to ensure that customers can successfully deploy, maintain, and get value from the data platform.
We are looking for a hands-on Data Platform Build & Customer Success Engineer in the Group Compliance & Regulatory Governance (GCRG) Technology.
Design, develop, and maintain automated build pipelines, integrating version control systems and ensuring efficient, error-free build and release processes.
Implement best practices in versioning, dependencies, and environment configuration across multiple environments.
Work closely with product engineers to ensure that product releases meet the expectations of both internal teams and external customers.
Assist in the planning and execution of feature releases, providing technical feedback based on customer needs and feedback.
Provide training and resources to customers on how to use build systems, deployment tools, and best practices to get the most out of their product.
Help customers adapt to new product features and provide insights on how product changes will impact their current build processes.
Build long-term relationships with customers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor on technical matters related to software builds, deployments, and integrations.
Monitor customer usage of build systems and CI/CD pipelines, identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
