Vaco Boston has partnered with our client who is looking to add an ERP Risk and Controls Manager to their team
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage ERP risk and controls framework aligned with enterprise risk strategy.
- Lead ERP-related compliance efforts, including SOX and ITGC testing.
- Oversee Segregation of Duties (SoD), access controls, and change management procedures.
- Partner with IT, Finance, and other teams to embed controls into ERP processes and projects.
- Coordinate and support internal/external audits and manage remediation efforts.
- Maintain risk documentation, control matrices, and testing reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7 years in risk management, audit, or ERP controls; 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and compliance frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT).
- Preferred certifications: CPA, CISA, CIA, or similar.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
