Vaco Boston has partnered with our client who is looking to add an ERP Risk and Controls Manager to their team

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage ERP risk and controls framework aligned with enterprise risk strategy.
  • Lead ERP-related compliance efforts, including SOX and ITGC testing.
  • Oversee Segregation of Duties (SoD), access controls, and change management procedures.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, and other teams to embed controls into ERP processes and projects.
  • Coordinate and support internal/external audits and manage remediation efforts.
  • Maintain risk documentation, control matrices, and testing reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7 years in risk management, audit, or ERP controls; 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and compliance frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT).
  • Preferred certifications: CPA, CISA, CIA, or similar.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
