As a Finance Operations Professional, you will be responsible of gathering transactional data, processing the customer billing and be responsible for the cash collection.

What will your job look like?

• Be responsible for collecting, analysing and evaluating large amounts of data received from different stakeholders.
• Be responsible for the timely and accurate creation of invoices and delivery to customers based on contractual or/and agreed terms.
• Following up with project managers and business owners regarding the status and delivery of projects in order to make sure milestones are invoiced on time.
• Have a key role in the B2C (bill to cash) cycle as you will be the focal point of customer collection for all internal & external stakeholders.
• Follow up on the collection and perform reconciliation between customer balances and payments.
• Liaising and supporting requests from various departments and auditors.

All you need is...

• A university degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 2+years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Customer Billing will be considered as a plus
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Knowledge of Excel
• Expertise in the development of Macros or BI tools is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and service-oriented.
• The successful candidate will demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate and to work across team boundaries.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
