- Performing treatment procedures commensurate with his or her training and education.
- Assisting with implementing pre-established programs.
- Performing tasks related to the routine operation of the department.
- Utilizing excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with patients, families, and other staff.
- Utilizing sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills necessary to function in an independent environment.
- Able to convey directions and interact with patients with multiple age-specific needs.
- EDUCATION: Associate degree for physical therapy assistant
- EXPERIENCE: N/A
- LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
- BLS certification required or obtained within 1 month of hire
- Eligible or licensed in Pennsylvania
