Schedule: Mondays through Fridays (7:00am-12:00pm)
Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00

Brief Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service/AR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing office tasks, processing accounts receivables, and supporting various administrative functions. MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Provides excellent customer support such as responding to customer inquiries, updating orders and pricing. Utilizes ERP software to update orders and document customer information. Process packing lists. Processes and prepares invoices. Enters customer deposits. Develops and maintains customer relationship and make 100% customer satisfaction top priority. Works with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are communicated and met. On the accounts receivable side, you'll be expected to Prepare, verify and process invoices and credit memos. Accurately and timely post payments to customer accounts via check, ACH and credit card transactions. Send statements and follow up on outstanding invoices and aging accounts. Generate and analyze reports related to accounts receivable, aging, cash receipts and credit memos. Respond to requests for credit references.
