Position: Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Location: South Fort Myers / Estero, FL

Pay: $18.00/hr

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join a well-established supply company in the South Fort Myers/Estero area. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales calls and assist customers with product selection
• Process orders, provide quotes, and follow up on inquiries
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Support general office tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous inside sales or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn company systems
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
