Nos attentes:

Travailler de pair avec les spécialistes, ingénieurs ou gestionnaires de projets soutenant les opérations, les transformations et les stratégies croissantes en automatisation, le candidat apportera une assistance technique en effectuant des analyses techniques et des améliorations pouvant comporter les éléments suivants :

• Analyse de faisabilité
• Élaboration et exécution de plan de test
• Participation à l’élaboration de plans, devis et cahiers des charges
• Mise à jour, coordination et suivi de projets
• Rédaction de documents et rapports techniques
• Développer et industrialiser les solutions pour la production
• Réaliser des investigations liées à des problématiques de production
• Élaboration d’un modèle de documentation standard pour équipement
• Diagnostic de systèmes défaillants
• Résolution de problèmes sur le matériel, les équipements ou les logiciels
• Évaluation d’impacts et recherche de solutions
• Mise en place de solutions alignées aux principes et outils d’amélioration continue
• Gestion, coordination d’incidents ponctuels
• Formation aux usagers
• Participation et promotion des piliers de l'entreprise (Environnement Santé, Sécurité, éthique et qualité)

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour décrocher un stage chez PWC :

Les incontournables techniques :

• Avoir une bonne connaissance des notions de base des robots industriels
• Avoir une bonne connaissance de la programmation de base des PLC et HMI

Les incontournables généraux :

• Être éligible à travailler au Canada
• Être inscrit dans une université canadienne pendant toute la durée de votre stage
• Être en mesure de travailler sur place dans la province où vous êtes embauché, le cas échéant
• Excellentes compétences en communication en français (parlé/écrit)
• Forte capacité en matière de relations interpersonnelles (service client)
• Esprit d’équipe
• Autonome (Autodidacte et capable de travailler avec un minimum de directives)
• Esprit d’analyse pour la résolution de problèmes
• Curiosité et soif d’apprentissage naturelle

Atouts :

• Capacité à travailler sous pression
• Connaissances des robots industriels (Ex. Fanuc, ABB et/ou UR)
• Connaissances du langage de programmation TPP et Karel de FANUC et Rapid de ABB
• Connaissance du logiciel de simulation robotique Roboguide
• Expérience avec la sécurité entourant les systèmes automatisés et robotiques
• Connaissance des systèmes de vision et de traçabilité (iRVision, Cognex, Keyence)
• Connaissance en CAO et lecture dessins mécaniques
• Connaissances des PLC Siemens et Allen Bradley
• Connaissance langages de programmation Ladder, VBScript, C, C# et SQL
• Expérience en conception d’interface (HMI)
• Capacité à communiquer en anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral, compte tenu des besoins opérationnels de l’employeur et des personnes avec lesquelles le candidat sera appelé à interagir.

Environnement de travail

Sur site uniquement /En présentiel 5 jours/semaine

Ce poste s’inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une connaissance fonctionnelle de l’anglais pour lire et comprendre des instructions spécialisées, des plans, des dessins et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d’organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et parfois communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Our expectations:

Working alongside specialists, engineers or project managers supporting operations, transformations and growing strategies in automation, the candidate will provide technical assistance by carrying out technical analyses and improvements that may include the following elements:

• Feasibility analysis
• Test plan development and execution
• Participation in drawing up plans, specifications and tender documents
• Project updating, coordination and follow-up
• Drafting of technical documents and reports
• Develop and industrialize production solutions
• Carry out investigations for production
• Drawing up a standard documentation model for equipment
• Diagnosis of faulty systems
• Troubleshooting hardware, equipment or software problems related to production lines
• Impact assessment and solution finding
• Implementing solutions in line with continuous improvement principles and tools
• Management and coordination of one-off incidents
• User training
• Participation in and promotion of the company's pillars (Environment Health Safety, Ethics and Quality)

What you need to successfully get an internship at PWC :

Technical must haves:

• Have a good knowledge of the basic concepts of industrial robots
• Have a good knowledge of basic PLC and HMI programming

General must haves:

• Be eligible to work in Canada
• Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship
• Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable
• Pursue studies in Automated Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in French (spoken/written)
• Strong interpersonal skills (customer service)
• Team spirit
• Autonomous (self-taught and able to work with minimal direction)
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Natural curiosity and thirst for learning

Assets:

• Ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge of industrial robots (e.g. Fanuc, ABB & UR)
• Good knowledge of FANUC (TPP, Karel) and ABB (Rapid) programming languages
• Knowledge of Roboguide robotic simulation software
• Experience with safety issues surrounding automated and robotic systems
• Knowledge of vision and traceability systems (iRVision, Cognex, Keyence)

Work Environment

On Site- 5 days /week

Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
