In this role, you will support the product owner of internal marketplaces to accelerate our digital transformation within Siemens, across complementary business such as manufacturing, buildings and IT, particularly cloud services and cybersecurity.

As a Business Analyst intern, dedicated to solutions’ marketplace management and IT products maintenance, you will play a crucial role in creating, organizing, and maintaining technical content related to solutions towards digital transformation, within manufacturing, cloud, cybersecurity and real state. Additionally, you will assist in the digital product maintenance, ensuring our platform products’ remains cutting-edge and effective.

Your mission will be…

• Collaborate on the vision of massively scaling cloud usage at Siemens via offering cloud services on a microservice level;
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, create and verify technical information;
• Assist on finding innovative solutions or services within IoT promoting cloudification and IT/OT automation across Siemens ecosystem towards continuous digital transformation;
• Organize and maintain a repository of technical content, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily accessible;
• Assist in the development and management of technical documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and whitepapers, as well as review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency;
• Support on both UI and API products lifecycle management within user research, ideation, backlog management, implementation, training and maintenance, working closely with the development team and product owner;

We are looking for someone with…

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field;
• Strong interest in digital transformation, within user-interfaced products for manufacturing, cloud services and cybersecurity environments;
• Interest in Cloud & AI technologies, especially AWS and MS Azure;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Fast-paced learner, innovative mindset, resilient, with a collaborative spirit.
