Your key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing and conducting lab experiments and providing remediation recommendations to creation and development teams
• Test samples for performance and stability while adhering to delivery due dates and applying good laboratory practices
• Engage in cross-functional interaction, coordination, and planning/scheduling with Perfumers, Fragrance Development Managers, account teams, and sample labs
• Perform record-keeping, report writing, and data presentation
• Operate with a team spirit mindset and support colleagues under high workload situations

You bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a lab technician in a perfumery or fast moving consumer goods company required, knowledge of chemistry principles strongly preferred
• A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives
• A sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success
• Commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration and respecting diverse perspectives
• Leading by example, you bring inspiration and open-mindedness, encouraging exploration and new possibilities for growth
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; degree in chemistry, biology, chemical engineering, or food science preferred
