Principal member of Mastercard. Our business is providing embedded payment solutions

through Banking as a Service (BaaS), Cards as a Service (CaaS), BIN Sponsorship and Open Banking functionality.

We offer these white label banking and card solutions to regulated and non-regulated

entities, issuing both prepaid cards and debit cards on behalf of our clients.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to build our sales pipeline by generating and qualifying leads. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to kick-start their career in sales and grow within a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and prospect potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on set criteria and pass them to the sales team
  • Schedule meetings for Commercial Director
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs including calls, emails, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities
  • Co-ordinate and manage Sales presentations and Marketing Collateral
  • Opportunity to develop and manage the end to end Sales process within 6 months of hire
  • Attend client/partner meetings with Commercial Director

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Lead Generation, Sales or a similar role (B2B SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach (via Linkedin and Email) and making cold calls
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly (experience with CRM systems like PipeDrive is a plus)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable presenting high level presentations in F2F meetings
